Front of House
Our Front of House department exists of four teams: Butlers, Guest Relations, Concierges and Front Office. Each team works together very closely with the housekeeping team as well.
Food & Beverage
Our Food & Beverage department is our biggest department and exists of nine teams: banqueting, breakfast, room service, Oriole Garden Bistro service, restaurant Bridges service, bar, facilities and two kitchen teams.
The Grand also has various support teams: Sales, Marketing, Meeting & Events, Reservations, F&B Office, Finance, Cost Control, Human Resources and Revenue Management. They are all located in the same area within the hotel. Furthermore, we also have our IT team who are most of the time situated throughout the whole hotel.
