What are you going to do in this position?
As Credit Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Finance and play a key role in managing credit risk and ensuring healthy cash flow for the hotel. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, from invoicing to collections.
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and overdue accounts by preparing and analysing ageing reports.
- Recording and reconciling incoming payments and bank transactions.
- Performing credit control activities to support a healthy and timely cash flow.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
- Assisting with General Ledger tasks and financial reporting.
- Continuously improving accounting and credit control processes to enhance overall finance efficiency.
- Supporting additional finance-related tasks as needed, depending on operational requirements.
To qualify for this position, we ask the following:
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in verbal and written English language, Dutch is a big plus.
- Computer literate, with good MS Excel skills and preferably Opera.
- A proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented working style.
