We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity for you.

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Previous experience in Reception or Guest Relations team within a luxury hotel environment.
To pro-actively engage with our guests establishing their preferences as well as their requirements. Share this key information with relevant departments and provide opportunities to personalize our service offering
Check guest profiles to highlight personal preferences that can be utilized to tailor in-room amenities
Respond to guests’ needs, requests and complaints effectively and immediately. Ensure profiles are updated to deliver a positive future stay
You speak fluent English, Dutch has a great preference and any other language is a plus.
The qualifications required for the candidate:

Successful candidates for our Guest Relations Executive opportunity will need to have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to coordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration and organizational skills.
