As a Bar Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our vibrant Bridges, Garden Bistro Oriole and terrace, leading a dedicated team to create memorable moments for every guest. Your flair for hospitality, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for exceptional service will ensure a seamless experience from morning coffee to evening cocktails.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Garden Bistro Oriole and terrace, ensuring smooth, high-quality service at all times
• Guide, support and inspire your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Uphold and promote the legendary service standards of The Grand
• Use your food and beverage knowledge to assist with menu pairings and enhance the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel's history and unique character

What you will bring to the role

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or bar environment
• Minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (HBO)
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality, ideally in a 4- or 5-star setting
• Excellent communication in both Dutch and English; other languages are a plus
• Passion for wine, cocktails, and fine dining, with a natural ability to engage guests and colleagues alike
