Are you in for a challenge and would you like to join one of our support groups? That is possible! Within The Grand, we have several groups who support the hotel and colleagues in different ways.
Be Balanced
We think a good work-life balance is very important. Therefore, we are continually looking for new ideas how to improve the wellbeing of our employees!
Within the hotel, we have a committed Be Balanced group that is always looking for new initiatives and aim to create awareness around a healthy lifestyle in a fun and exciting way within The Grand.
CSR Committee
Within our hotel, we have a committed group of employees who are always looking for new initiatives that could contribute to a sustainable environment.
Examples are the fight against food waste with the app ‘Too Good to Go’. Next to that, we organize several activities for our colleagues, such as plastic fishing in the Amsterdam canals, cleaning the beach, cooking for elderly people and much more.
Quality Committee
As member of the Quality Committee, you are all about quality! Within all departments, you will discover and check whether all quality standards are in order and maintained. Moreover, you will come up with creative ideas to enhance our quality!
Work Council
Would you like to be there for all of your colleagues and ensure they know their rights as employees? Then you should join the work council! This is your opportunity to combine the rights of all of our ambassadors whilst taking in consideration what is best for our beautiful hotel.
